Vendor Rules:
The Miss Alternative Buffalo Beauty Pageant is proud to offer vendor rental space at our show. Along with the contestants having specific guidelines, our vendors do as well. If you are transferring to our platform from a different event organizer and you did not get the email on 9/22/2024 due to insufficient information transfer, please reach out. Please read all guidelines below and understand that in the sending in of your application you are agreeing to the terms and conditions below.
- We DO NOT supply tables or chairs.
- Payment is required in full at the time of application to secure your booth rental spot at each event. If we have reached max capacity with vendors or your booth is not accepted; you will be refunded immediately and notified. Other than that stipulation; there are absolutely no refunds. In the event of an act of God or medical emergency with yourself or family please reach out directly to the pageant board.
- MABBP, the pageant board, the venue holding the event, volunteers, and staff, are not responsible for any goods or persons during the event. We do not accept small businesses, food trucks, or entertainment that do not hold proper business documentation or permits for their allotted field (ex food vendors must have insurance/ street peddler licenses to sell goods outside in certain townships).
- MABBP is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged goods.
- Venue permitting, we accept outside alcohol and dessert businesses, however, we may require vendors to carry COI insurance and follow specific venu guidelines.
- Vendors agree to have their business vetted by MABBP as we do not replicate vendor themes for the show.
- Vendors agree to the size, rule and regulation guidelines for their booth. We offer space no larger than 10x10. Vendors agree it is their responsibility to include secondary sources for power, tents (if applicable), and the proper supplies to build their own booths.
- Vendors agree to arrive at the MABBP according to the email directed with parking instructions, unloading instructions, set up and tear down instructions and are subject to being disbarred from the organization if they do not follow those parameters.
- Pageant board or volunteers must grant approval for early close down of the booth.
- No political items can be worn, sold or displayed.
- All vendors must dress appropriately (shoes and shirts). For this event specifically; formal wear is required.
- Vendors are to be held liable with costs associated with damages to the facility if applicable.
- Smoking, vaping, marijuana, drugs and binge drinking is not allowed. “420 friendly” businesses are welcomed to sell, however sampling products on premises is not allowed.
- No open flames.
- Food vendors must bring a separate waste receptacle that can be sealed and taken with them at the end of the event. We do not allow waste dumping at the venu.
- MABBP is an event for those 21 and older and if guests or vendors choose to bring children it is not the pageant's responsibility to watch them and we will not be held liable for any injury or damage done by the children or to the children for any disruptions/misconduct.
- Pricing of goods sold is the sole responsibility of the individual vendor. Deceptive merchandising or collusion will result in termination of vendor space.
- There is no transferring of booths between vendors.
- It is the responsibility of each vendor to abide by each state and federal regulations that govern sampling, production, labeling, or safety of product. All food must comply with all applicable state and federal health and safety regulations. Proper labeling must be used as defined by proper authority. Documentation must be displayed in the booth.
- All vendors may be required to provide a valid (EIN)(DBA)(LLC), and comply with all pop up vendor requirements as mandated by operating county and/or state regulations.
- MABBP only allows 2 persons behind each booth in the allotted space.
